As our IT System Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities include:
Collaborating with the ICT Coordinator on infrastructure improvements and upgrades
Managing and maintaining servers and networks
Supporting first and second line colleagues with escalated technical issues
Installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software
Monitoring system performance and implementing robust security measures, including firewalls
Documenting configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions
Assisting during internal audits and system migrations
Ensuring compliance with IT policies and data protection standards
Bachelor’s degree in IT, System Administration, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and network protocols
Familiarity with firewalls, endpoint protection, and backup solutions
Linux knowledge is a plus
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
